BPW/TN Individual Development

Award Criteria

2010-2011

A state Individual Development Speak-Off will be held at the 2010 State convention, provided that a minimum of 2 participants have qualified by May 15, 2010 and have submitted their names to the State Individual Development chair by that date.  A participant must have completed Modules 1-14 of the BPW/USA ID program. This provision is within the guidelines of BPW/USA for national competition for 2010.

Program must be taught by an official trainer of BPW/USA or persons trained under their state training program following BPW/USA guidelines.

An award will be presented to the winner of the Speak-Off by the Individual Development Chair at State Convention.  Certificates of Appreciation will be given to each participant.

Winner of the State Competition will be asked to represent the Tennessee Federation of Business and Professional Women at the National Level.  If winner cannot, runner-up will be asked to represent state at National.
